-The rates and salaries that are listed here do not comply with Nepali labor laws. As a result, salary, allowances, and incentives are determined by the first party.
-The client is required to feed regular housekeepers and cleaners breakfast and lunch at the appropriate hours.
-Every maid will work six days a week.
-Booking fees of Rs. 2,000 should be paid by the first party, and they are never refundable.
Maid Service Agreement with Terms and Conditions:
First Party: Customer
Second Party: Cleaner Outsourcing Service Kathmandu Nepal
- -Any loss or theft at the home of the first party shall not be the responsibility of the second party.
- -If a worker leaves their position as a result of poor behavior or abuse, the second component is not obligated to hire a replacement.
- -At the end of the month, the first party is required to pay maids remuneration directly to her .
- -The first party must pay Rs. 2,000 to reserve a maid and this money is never refundable. This amount is valid till 2 months of the reservation date.
- After two months from the booking period, if the first party wants to replace or wants another maid, the first party should book our service again with our service charge.
- -We disclaim all liability for any potential future legal outcomes.
- -The first party must gather the maid’s original documentation, including her citizenship, family contact information, and relatives for safety and reliability (if necessary).
- -After the maid one week trial period, the client must notify the company. If satisfied, the first party can continue with her but if not satisfied the first party has to pay her working days salary then the company will replace her with another. Only two maids will be replaced within one month if not satisfied with our provided maid.
Terms and Conditions for Rs 12,000 Booking (1 year Validity)
- The booking charge of Rs 12,000 is not refundable under any circumstances.
- The client must pay Rs 12,000 as a booking charge. This booking is valid for 12 months (1 year). After the completion of the 1-year contract, the client must pay Rs 12,000 again to renew the booking.
- The company has insured the maid who will be assigned to your household.
- If the maid leaves the job within 1 year, the company will provide up to 5 replacements within the 12-month period.
- The company will provide a T-shirt and ID card as the maid’s uniform.
- If the maid needs to take leave, the company will provide a temporary replacement for up to 2 days a month. The Second Party must inform the company at least 1 day before the maid takes leave.
- Company is not responsible for any legal consequences that occur in the future but will help with any investigations.
